A stunning print and fabulous fit are two of the outstanding features of this dress by
Kahana Manufacturing Co. - Honolulu. I once had the pleasure of communicating with the son of the couple behind this business. His mother was the designer and his father ran the business. They had a few stores in Waikiki named after his sisters.
Beautifully made of cotton sateen, the dress is unlined. It has a sarong-inspired cut, with a wrap-look over the bust, wide waist panel, fitted straight skirt with slit at the hem, and two long sashes from the side waist. There is a back kick pleat at the skirt hem. The print is a spectacular bold floral of pinks, orange, gold and brown on white. Long back covered metal zipper.
