Best quality wool knit in not-so-basic black by the coveted Kimberly label
The great Kimberly label created bouclé-textured wool knits of the highest quality. This suit, which I believe is late 50s in vintage, is a great and unusual example. The suit consists of a top with black plastic rosette buttons and beaded trim on the cuffs of the short raglan sleeves. The loops of jet black beads have kinetic charm! The skirt has elastic hidden at its waist. There is no lining.
